Publication News

It should probably also be noted that my book, Nachtstürm Castle will be available IN PRINT! from Librifiles, the hard-copy publishing arm of Girlebooks.

What this all means is that I've set up a new blog, devoted just to my work as an author.

Personal and play stuff, I'll keep here...including the fact that The French Butler is now available from Playscripts! We'll see how it does.

In further news, The Taming of the Shrew is coming along swimmingly. We had a break-through (or at least I did) last week re: how to solve the problem called Kate & Petruchio. It got to a really good and intense (and yes, occasionally comical) place, without ever going scary Stockholm-syndrome-y. So alles gut.

On the job front, however - that is, the steady employment front - things are a bit more shakey. Prayers would be much appreciated. (If anyone reads this blogblogblog....)

Little Joys from Little Boys

My nephew, Jamie, is ten and a half months and at the age where he's using basic sign language, "dancing" (which means bopping his head and body, sometimes together), and trying desperately to say the word "tree." What joy! There was a TV program on with very slight music behind people speaking and he started dancing - I hope he never loses that awe and that I do not forget it.
