Yet another instance of life's missing soundtrack

Would that an orchestra would appear beside me a la High Anxiety. I need to know: is this happy, bouncy music in the vein of While You Were Sleeping? Or perhaps the low brass and organ are giving it all its worth in something vaguely Hans Zimmery. The question lies with my laptop - Return(ed) to meeeeeee!...and the ominous note attached that said that the PC Card port...was fine.

What does this mean? Am I going to be able to download movies and edit them? What can the problem have been before, then? Is my software crud? AUGH! The TENSION!

Finished (for now) pick-up scenes external for the DVD. Shot approx. 15/20 min. worth and will probably use two of those minutes. Even went so far as Boston for shots. But amazingly, people courteously stay out of the way of a woman with a camcorder. Very odd - but I'm not complaining! :D

And now, must pack. Off to MI tomorrow for FUS2.

Mood: Strangely enough, perturbed
Music: Mask and the Mirror again, but I think I'll switch it to something more peppy
Odd Incidence of the Day: Returned home to Mom standing in the doorway informing us that the ambulance was coming because Dad had been stung in the back three times by kamakaze (sp?) bees. Seems rather indicative of a lot of life right now. But the enterprise amounted to nothing: Dad's still at home with benedryl and toothpaste.
